With TurnOver, you prepare objects for promotion into test or production simply by selecting the items you want to promote. TurnOver automatically builds a "Form." The Form ensures that a change is promoted correctly every time by using TurnOver's error checking and cross-referencing, and by remembering every detail of a promotion.

Forms let you customize promotions with create command overrides and pre- and post-run commands that perform supplementary steps (necessary for some WebSphere applications). The system will remember all your customizations the next time you promote an associated object.

Of course, the best way to control risk is to test your process as well as your code. TurnOver uses the exact same Form-based process to promote changes into your production environment as it does to promote them into your test environment.
