If you have called our Customer Service line recently and encountered a sunny smiling voice and a cheery disposition, you have probably spoken with Jennifer Banuskevich.

Jenn joined the Customer Service team in March 2005. She works closely with Customer Service Manager Amy Lanza.

Jenn observes:
“Working with Amy is a blast - we have a good time. Both of our positions are very detail oriented, and we both get overwhelmed at times, but Amy and I have a good way of balancing everything out; we are a fantastic team! Everyone at SLS is great. I like working with the customers to ensure their training needs are met - I enjoy being part of the training life cycle, from start to finish.”

Jenn coaches cheering on the side. During those nice summer months, she is busy working with girls on the Monadnock Mountaineers Youth Football & Spirit Association cheering squad. Her passion started when her two daughters, Kacey and Meagan, caught the “cheer bug.” Her son, Andrew, also plays football for the group. This is enough to keep both Jenn and Curt, her husband of 15 years, VERY busy during the summer months.
