Customer Webinars

Pressed for time? Hate reading user guides? Wish there was an easier way to learn more about all the great new functions in TurnOver Release 5.4 and ask your questions too?

There is! SoftLanding is pleased to announce a set of customer-oriented, Web-based seminars to help you get started with the new TurnOver Client, explore ways of using TurnOver to manage PC application development, or implement ExpressDesk.

These informal Webinars are free, live, and technically oriented to help you better understand many of TurnOver's latest enhancements and features. Each Webinar is described on our customer support site, and you can use the links provided there to quickly enroll. The customer Webinars are lead by Mary Weiss, Account Manager; Ray Bernardi, Sr. Sales Engineer; and Joe Baumgarten, Sr. Sales Engineer. The one hour Webinar format includes a high level overview, a technical overview, and a question-and-answer session. The technical overview of each Webinar is available as a PDF of the original PowerPoint format, including speaker notes; and we will email it to you upon request.

Customer participation has been great, with lots of excellent questions and technical discussion. You can enroll an unlimited number of people from your company, and attend as many of your chosen seminar's sessions as you need.

Here is a brief description of each Webinar. Please check the front page of our support site for the current Webinar schedules.

TurnOver 5.4 Eclipse Client: Ray Bernardi explains the installation and configuration of the new role-based TurnOver Client, and leads you through examples of the client as it might be used by an administrator, a developer, and a project manager.

Using TurnOver to Manage PC Applications: Joe Baumgarten presents a technical overview of TurnOver's advanced iSeries-server-based source version control for PC and Web developers working in a team environment. Join us for a day in the life of a PC developer who, with TurnOver's help, manages code in WDSC, .NET, WebSmart - and even Notepad!

Learning About TurnOver's ExpressDesk: Discover ExpressDesk, TurnOver's issue tracking solution that combines browser-based end user self-service and TurnOver's full-service Helpdesk. Learn how to empower your end users while decreasing the workload on your Helpdesk and IT Staff.
