Subversion Mailing Lists

If you're using Subversion for OS/400, we recommend that you join two mailing lists hosted at Tigris.org. The first is for posting general usage questions on Subversion. The second is for posting questions related to running Subversion on the iSeries platform. SoftLanding monitors both lists, but you will receive faster response if you use the appropriate list. Before posting to any of the Subversion mailing lists, we recommend that you read Tigris.org's Guidelines for Posting to the Subversion Mailing Lists.

For General Subversion Questions
Please post all general Subversion usage questions to users@subversion.tigris.org. If you're in doubt as to whether a post should go to 'users' or to 'OS400', then it should probably go in 'OS400' -- people will suggest posting it to 'users' if that's appropriate. Please DO NOT post user interface questions to this list: the Windows interface (TortoiseSVN) is a separate project with its own mailing list.

For Questions Related to the iSeries Server Component
Please post all questions related to the iSeries server component of Subversion for OS/400, such as installing, configuring a server, building from source and so on, to OS400@subversion.tigris.org. If you're in doubt as to whether a post should go to 'OS400' or to 'users', then it should probably go here first -- people will suggest posting it to 'users' if that's appropriate.
